Owner & Head Instructor Phoenix Taekwon-Do

Eric Harmon is the Owner and Head Instructor at Phoenix Taekwon-Do, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in Taekwon-Do and eight years of Hapkido training to every class he leads. As a Certified Instructor with the Unified International Taekwon-Do Federation, 4th Dan in Taekwon-do, 1st Dan in Hapkido, and a student of Brazilian Jui-Jitsu Eric is committed to teaching practical self-defense in a way that builds confidence, respect, and resilience.


Driven by a passion to help youth overcome the challenges of peer pressure and bullying, Eric founded Phoenix Taekwon-Do as more than just a martial arts school — it's a safe space for growth, discipline, and transformation. His teaching philosophy is rooted in empowering students through structured, real-world self-defense skills, while creating a supportive environment where families and individuals of all ages can thrive.

Gabriel Harmon assists with training at Phoenix Taekwon-Do, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in Taekwon-Do training to every class he leads. As a 3rd Poom in Taekwon-do, and a student of Hapkido, Gabriel is committed to teaching practical self-defense in a way that builds confidence, respect, and resilience.

Mae Roberts assists with the administrative duties at Phoenix Taekwon-Do, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in Taekwon-Do and 4 years of Hapkido training to every class she leads. As a 1st Dan in Taekwon-do, Sr. Brown belt in Hapkido, Mae is committed to teaching practical self-defense in a way that builds confidence, respect, and resilience.
